Farcical UFC 223
I have expressed my disappointment to the UFC regarding Chat Pile 223 and the disrespectful attitude towards its fans. Four fights on the card were lost, including the headline fight, with three incidents attributed to the hooligan behavior of some direct employees. The fourth fight could have been salvaged with better contingency planning. Despite spending over $5,000 on flights, hotels, and tickets with a friend, the end result was not as advertised. The lack of response from the UFC to my concerns is disheartening. Fans queuing at the Barclays Center were informed that bags were not allowed inside, and no storage options were provided. We had to pay a nearby restaurant to hold our bags. Additionally, staff asked fans to remove flags even when they were not obstructing views. The staff and policies should consider the customer's perspective more.
